What are the basic rules?

No shoes allowed in the premise
Non-grip socks are mandatory for both kids and adults
No outside food or drinks
No running up the slides
Adult supervision is required at all time

Absolutely! We encourage all parents to partake in their child's fun.

My child is under 12 months old, do I still need to pay?

Accepted Answer

Infant under 12 months old can be free when accompanied by a paid sibling!

Question 4

I need to run out for a second. Can I leave my child alone briefly?

Accepted Answer

NO! Children may never be left unattended at any time. Any child must be monitored by an adult at all time.

Question 5

I'm bringing in my child for their birthday but don't want to book a birthday package. Can I still bring a cake?

Accepted Answer

No outside food or drinks are allowed with general admission (including cake), but we're glad you will spend this special day with us!

How long can I stay?
