FAQs
1. How much are additional adults that are not covered by the package?
Each additional adult will be $4.95
​2. Are we allowed to bring in our own decor or hire outside vendors?
You can only bring in your own freestanding balloons, but no outside tableware or vendors for regular party package. ​
3. Are we allowed to bring food from outside?
Yes, you are welcome to bring in outside food as long as you pay the cleaning fee. The cleaning fee will be $150. WE DO NOT ALLOW ALCOHOL.​
4. Do you count 14 years and older as adults?
No, we count all children under the age of 18 as part of the package price. Infants 11 months and under are free of charge, and do not count towards the guest count. ​
5: How do we finalize all the details for our party after booking?
To ensure everything is perfect for your big day, our dedicated event team will proactively reach out to you 3-5 days before your event to confirm all the final details. Of course, you are always welcome to contact us at any time.

6: Can we add more guests on the day of the event?
Absolutely! We understand that guest counts can fluctuate. We always prepare a buffer of extra supplies. Your final balance will be adjusted based on the exact number of guests in attendance on the day of your event.

7: Can we order additional food on the day of the event?
We strongly recommend placing any additional food requests in advance during your final detailing call. Please note that orders placed on the event day may require up to one hour for processing and delivery to ensure the same high quality.

8. How big are your pizzas and how many slices do they come with? How many does your salad tray feed?
Our pizzas come with 10 slices each and are 12” around, they can generally feed around 4-5 adults each. Our salad trays can feed 8-10 adults!
